Erskineville EV Charging Installation with Schneider Electric Solution
When a premium developer of a residential strata in Erskineville sought to future-proof their building for electric vehicles, they partnered with the ElectrifyEV team to deliver a clean, reliable, and scalable EV charging system.
Our team installed 150 metres of Schneider Electric Canalis Busduct power distribution system which allows for connection of up to 35 EV chargers now and up to 100 EV chargers in the future.

Combined with a Schneider Electric EV Charging Expert LMS and several power meters, the system provides multi-zone Dynamic Load Management to ensure the building’s switchboard and mains cables are never overloaded.
Eight 7.4kW Schneider Charge Pro pedestal-mounted chargers were installed at commissioning, with more to come as residents move in upon completion of the construction project.
Chargers are connected to the Load Management System via CAT6 ethernet cabling and a 4G/5G Modem allows remote management of the chargers and LMS via our Enevi Charge Point Operation platform.
The system was designed and engineered in-house by ElectrifyEV and includes fire safety compliance features including automatic shutdown via the site fire panel and multiple break-glass emergency stop buttons around the car park in case of emergency.
For residents, the installation delivers seamless overnight charging at home, saving time and reducing reliance on public charging stations. The smart LMS ensures accurate billing, efficient load management, and ongoing scalability, while the neat ceiling-mounted busducts and cable trays keep the car park looking tidy. This solution provides immediate convenience for current EV owners while ensuring the infrastructure could expand as demand increased.
