Shared EV Charging for Strata Communities – Vantage North, Rhodes
At Vantage North by Meriton in Rhodes, Electrify EV delivered a shared EV charging solution designed for scalability.

The project included the supply and installation of a new 250 Amp Main Distribution Board for EV charging with new CT metering, Load Management enclosure and 4G/5G communications equipment for monitoring and billing via our enevi app.
Electrify EV supplied and installed four 22kW shared EV chargers. The Schneider Electric Pro AC was selected for its rugged build, high reliability, and complimentary Load Management System, the EV Charging Expert, which allows for management of up to 250 charge points from a single LMS unit.
Electrify EV also managed the Ausgrid connection process and Main Switchboard alterations.

Built for Reliability, Safety and Expansion
Our team carefully planned cable routes, tray systems, and switchroom penetrations to ensure a neat, durable installation with minimal impact on existing building infrastructure. Fire sealing and thermal wrapping were completed at all penetrations, and all power and communications cabling was tested and verified prior to commissioning.
An emergency stop button and signage was installed, allowing easy shutdown of power to the EV charging system in case of emergency, in accordance with Australian Building Code Board guidelines.

Provisioning for future chargers was incorporated through thoughtful board placement and cable tray planning, giving the owners corporation flexibility to expand as EV adoption grows. The result is a robust, strata-friendly EV charging installation that is safe, scalable, and ready for long-term shared use.
Electrify EV monitors the charging and is able to respond to faults remotely and also on site if necessary, in addition to annual scheduled servicing and maintenance of the charging infrastructure.
