When a Strata Committee from Forest Lodge in Sydney came to Electrify EV with a goal to install 5 reliable shared EV chargers with a simple billing app for residents, we knew exactly what was needed.

· Limited House Services power supply meant that a Load Management System was needed.

· Basement EV charging in a residential strata plan meant that automatic shutdown of EV charging via the site fire panel was desirable.

· Poor 4G/5G signal in the basement meant that an external high-gain antenna was needed to ensure robust communications.

· Easy of use meant that our enevi app paired with ElectrifyEV RFID tags for residents were a must.

Electrify EV supplied 5x Schneider Electric EVB4S22N Charge Pro EV Chargers, which are sleek, reliable and low cost.

Our ElectrifyEV LMS with emergency shutdown feature and 4G/5G communications was installed to meet load management and safety requirements, whilst allow billing and monitoring 24/7 via our enevi app.

The project included modifications to the main switchboard, installation of new cable tray pathways, fire-rated penetrations, and power and data reticulation from the switchroom to visitor parking areas. Chargers and isolators were carefully positioned and mounted to integrate seamlessly with the existing electrical layout while maintaining clear access and safety compliance.

The works were part funded by the EV-Ready Buildings program from the NSW Government and were completed with a strong focus on reliability, fire safety, and long-term flexibility—providing a future-ready EV charging solution that can scale as the site’s EV requirements continue to grow.
